Your agreement and payment
We send a client-care letter setting out the service, fee, responsibilities and complaints procedure. Please accept the written terms before advice or application work begins.
Under our current arrangement, we invoice after the agreed work or a completed stage. Payment is due within seven days. We do not take advance payments or hold client money. Payment is by bank transfer using the details on your invoice. Online card payments are not available.
Any additional work and fee must be agreed in writing first. An enquiry does not automatically create an engagement, and payment never guarantees an immigration outcome.
